On a sunny day in summer, thousands of residents flock to the beach to enjoy the sun, sand and surf. According to the Gold Coast City Council, survey results show that residents of the coast visit the beach during summer on average ten times per month, compared to 6 times per month during winter.
We are so lucky to live along such a beautiful coastline, where it is warm enough to visit the beach all year round.
Stats also show us, the only variable difference between visitation rates is the distance traveled to visit the beach. Presumably, the closer residents live to the beach, the more times they visit the shoreline per month.
Our residents at Sphere live just a short 6km to the nearest beach at Main beach, also notably one of the most beautiful on the Gold Coast as voted by the population.
This means that on average, Sphere residents would visit the beach about 9 times per month on average. That’s 2 or 3 times per week!
A lot of Gold Coast residents don’t have that luxury of being able to visit the beaches that often due to the distance from the beach, and are unable to live in the city due to cost of living and availability.
Sphere is located just 6kms from the beach, and is out of the bustling areas such as Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach – and best off all, it’s quiet, modern and stylish apartments are super affordable for any budget.
All our tenancy applications are pre-approved, so you have plenty of time to get ready for the transition to Sphere lifestyle.
